After following the Polestar training in Germany, Harmonie obtained in March 2016 the diploma of mat pilates instructor.
Working at Studio SPRINGS in Cologne with a team of physiotherapists and osteopaths has taught him a lot, especially on the sport-health side of Pilates.
Since September 2017, she has given regular classes at the Body and Fitness studio in Paris and continues to train in dance, acrobatics and yoga.
Also a tango teacher since 2014, these other practices influence and enrich her way of teaching.
