Carlitos started to dance the tango about fifteen years ago. Fan of closed embrace, he defines his dance as a combination of tradition and evolution, integrating roots such as the traditional milonguera style to the tango dynamics. He has a passion for exploring the Argentine tango by choosing himself the way he defined his style. Due to this reason, he is a unique dancer with an outstanding style. The dynamics and the musicality, the music transfer in the movements of the body make his dance an extremely sensual experience. During these last few years, Carlitos has been invited as an interpreter and teacher in the biggest international tango events, especially with Noélia Hurtado.

Majo was born in Uruguay, where she started to dance at the age of 16 years. She has worked as a dancer and a teacher in different cities of the country, until she was invited by Dana Frigoli to be a part of her company, DNI Tango, at Buenos Aires. She worked there for six years as a teacher and dancer of the company, dancing in the most important theaters and milongas of Buneos Aires. She started traveling across the world working in different festivals and international schools with Rodrigo Fonti. She has also been invited in a number of festivals and collaborated with different professors such as Mariano Chicho Frumboli and Horacio Pebete Godoy.
France Garcia Ficheux
Journaliste depuis plus de trente ans, France a découvert le tango avec un bouquin : Le Tango, d’Elsa Osorio. Plutôt portée sur le Rock et le Jazz, ce livre lui a donné une irrésistible envie de mieux connaître cette danse. Depuis, elle a découvert bien plus qu'une danse dans le tango. Elle continue à découvrir tous les jours. Ce qu'elle aime partager dans La Salida et avec Le Temps du Tango.

Jean Luc Thomas
Journaliste professionnel depuis 1975, Jean Luc a pris sa retraite officielle en 2016 mais continue d’animer et écrire la revue La Salida, à laquelle il collabore depuis plus de 20 ans et dont il assume la rédaction en chef depuis septembre 2011.
Il a eu le bonheur d’effectuer un premier séjour à Buenos Aires en 1990, y est retourné en 1996, 1997,1998 et retrouve la capitale argentine pratiquement chaque année depuis 2001. Ces voyages et son activité journalistique en France lui ont permis de nourrir plusieurs livres consacrés au tango :

Il a organisé par ailleurs plusieurs expositions consacrées au tango :
Aux cœurs du tango, janvier-février, 2006, à la Médiathèque d’Issy les Moulineaux
Figures de tango, décembre 2014-février 2015, au Centre international de la caricature, du dessin de presse et d’humour de Saint-Just le Martel (Haute-Vienne), exposition consacrée aux représentations graphiques du tango et ayant donné lieu à la publication d’un livre-catalogue.
Il travaille depuis plusieurs années maintenant à la réalisation d’un documentaire consacré au chanteur-bandonéoniste Rubén Juárez et donne des conférences thématiques à l’occasion de rencontres et festivals.
