Carlitos started to dance the tango about fifteen years ago. Fan of closed embrace, he defines his dance as a combination of tradition and evolution, integrating roots such as the traditional milonguera style to the tango dynamics. He has a passion for exploring the Argentine tango by choosing himself the way he defined his style. Due to this reason, he is a unique dancer with an outstanding style. The dynamics and the musicality, the music transfer in the movements of the body make his dance an extremely sensual experience. During these last few years, Carlitos has been invited as an interpreter and teacher in the biggest international tango events, especially with Noélia Hurtado.

Majo was born in Uruguay, where she started to dance at the age of 16 years. She has worked as a dancer and a teacher in different cities of the country, until she was invited by Dana Frigoli to be a part of her company, DNI Tango, at Buenos Aires. She worked there for six years as a teacher and dancer of the company, dancing in the most important theaters and milongas of Buneos Aires. She started traveling across the world working in different festivals and international schools with Rodrigo Fonti. She has also been invited in a number of festivals and collaborated with different professors such as Mariano Chicho Frumboli and Horacio Pebete Godoy.
Solange Bazely, curieuse du tango.
Après des études d’audiovisuel à Paris, Solange Bazely met le pied dans l’univers du tango dès 1992, avec une curiosité tous azimuts : elle danse, écrit, rencontre, lit, écoute, chante, voyage, traduit…
En 1996, elle crée La Salida, la première revue de tango argentin en France puis devient agent de musiciens argentins (dont Juan José Mosalini et Sandra Rumolino et d'autres) en organisant des concerts dans le monde entier pendant 7 ans.
Elle collabore à de nombreux projets (Cité de la Musique, Salle Pleyel, livret CDs pour Universal) dont celui du premier site spécialisé sur les musiques argentines.
Ses articles ont été publiés dans la revue Tout Tango de 2004 à 2012.
Depuis 2005, elle collabore à la section “Cinéma et tango“ du festival Cinélatino et depuis 2009 au festival Tangopostale à Toulouse où elle vit.
Depuis 2006, elle propose des conférences, une façon de transmettre sa passion…
Passionnée de poésie et de littérature argentine et uruguayenne, elle se lance dans la lecture à voix haute de ses auteurs préférés et met à jour régulièrement une bibliographie sur ce thème.
Elle a suivi les cours d’Histoire Sociale et Politique du Tango Argentin au FLACSO à Buenos Aires en 2019 et “Le tango, 3 siècles de musique“ de Carlos Bevilaqua en 2020.
En 2020, elle se lance dans l’aventure des visioconférences sur l’histoire du tango, qu’elle reprend du 20 janvier jusqu’au 27 juin 2021 : www.culture-tango.com/visioconference
Elle aimerait bien terminer d’écrire son livre sur le bandonéon qui devrait paraître un jour… et devenir bandonéonologue;)
